enteliMESH Wireless Repeater: eM-RPT

The eM-RPT is used with other Delta wireless system components, the DFM-ZBEE and WNS-TxB sensors, to extend the range between the DFM-ZBEE and the WNS-TxB sensors or to ‘bend’ the wireless signals around obstructions.

Important things you Need to Know

  • Distance between the repeater and wireless devices is limited to 100 feet (30m) line of site. Distance is reduced when obstacles are positioned between them.
  • An eM-RPT wireless repeater can be added to extend the distance between the DFM and the wireless devices or to ‘bounce’ the signal around obstacles.
  • It is highly recommended to perform a site survey to determine optimum device locations and to determine repeater locations / requirements.
  • The number of wireless devices is limited to the standard LINKnet limitations, depending on the DSC/DAC the DFM-ZBEE is connected to. See the DFM-ZBEEpage for more information on this.
